We are thrilled to confirm our application to join FSR IndyPro has been accepted. We will now take part in our first big series, in what will be a huge first step towards our goals in the mid/long term.
Formula Simracing hosts a winter series every year to prepare for the main season for the following year – for the second consecutive year, it will be an IndyCar series, with a Pro and an AM division.
Big names are already in the IndyPro grid, so it’s great for us to be in there, challenging ourselves to show our improvements in the last 12-18 months.
For the occasion, we have gone for a strong lineup: Carlos Martin and Jacob Reid.
Carlos needs no introduction. A mainstay in the rF2 top-level scene, the Spaniard has multiple seasons in FSR WC in his CV. He joins us for IndyPro on loan from NetRex, which we thank a lot.
Jacob joins us after getting good results in every league he’s raced in. Pretty talented with open wheelers, and he loves driving the Dallara DW12.
With preseason testing already done, season will start this week at Indianapolis, where we’ll try to do our best to show immediately why we have been accepted in the series.
